I am so excited. The basement is moving along at a rapid pace and we are on track for the 8 to 10 week timeline.
Framing is finished and we did a walk-thru of where we want light switches, electrical outlets, cable and phone jacks, as well as the placement of overhead lighting.
The electrician come tomorrow and the plumber on Saturday.
Then we wait for inspection which is currently 1 to 2 weeks out. Once inspection is passed they will insulate and put up the drywall.
